A corporate and M&A lawyer, Michael has most recently served as Senior Vice-President in global mining and metals processing company Nyrstar and GFG Alliance’s Development Director and Deputy Chief Executive Officer for Australia.
Michael was at Nyrstar for a decade, where he was responsible for operations employing around 3,000 people at seven sites in Europe, USA and Australia, and led the US$500m flagship project to completely revitalise the ageing Port Pirie lead smelter in South Australia.
Justice Mukhopadhaya has had a lengthy career in India’s judiciary, which has included roles serving as justice at the Supreme Court of India, the Chief Justice of the High Court of Gujarat, acting Chief Justice at the Jharkhand High Court and at Madras High Court.
