Our photo galleries (“Work”) feature a growing suite of high resolution images that are made available for recognised or accredited media download and use. The content and Copyright in the Work is not available for personal or non-recognised or accredited -media use.

You acknowledge that the rights conferred by your use are non-exclusive and we or third parties may license or otherwise deal with the Work at any time and in any way, including in a way identical to and in competition with the rights granted you. You further acknowledge that we are the owner of the Copyright in the Work; and your use does not confer any right, title or interest in the Copyright, other than as set out in these terms of use.

GFG Alliance warrants that it is the copyright owner and grants recognised or accredited media outlets a revocable non-transferable and non-exclusive licence to the use the content or Work you have selected. You acknowledge that neither we nor any other person, to the extent permitted by law, has made or makes any representation or warranty of any kind in relation to the Work.
